HALEIA COUTURE RETURN POLICY

All HALEIA Couture pieces are Made-to-Measure, meaning a new garment is crafted specifically for each client upon order — not pulled from existing stock or production. This ensures a truly bespoke experience, where each detail reflects the client’s unique preferences and proportions.

 

Due to the personalized nature of this process, all Made-to-Measure orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and fit. Our team is available to assist with measurements, fabric selections, and fit guidance before your order is placed, ensuring confidence at every step.

HALEIA Prêt-à-Porter RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At HALEIA, each piece is designed with intention and crafted to last. If, however, your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a strict 30-day return window for eligible Prêt-à-Porter garments, under the following conditions:

 

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Garments must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Each item is fitted with a discreet yet visible HALEIA security band.

To preserve the integrity of our pieces, returns will only be accepted if this band remains fully intact, uncut, and unaltered.

 

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

• The garment has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

• The security band is removed, cut, or compromised in any way

• The return request is made beyond the 30-day window

 

Return Process

1. Kindly email info@haleia.fr with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued for the item value only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Please allow 7–10 business days from approval for the refund to reflect on your statement.

 

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our production, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to secure another size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with the policy above.
